Various modules are dealt with in this part :

• Catering on board (theory and practice).
• Sky sales.
• Psychology and communication.
• Announcements (Practice).
• General knowledge.
• Grooming (theory and practice).

The main objective of this part is to board  trainees’ knowledge in their job so that their future career becomes easily and professionally performed facing different situations on board.

A part from the S.S.C. certificate, all the trainees have to participate in the final exam to get I.A.C.’s diploma.

OUR MEANS :

Human Resources :
•  Aviation instructors licensed by the (DGAC).
•  Highly graduated language teachers : English / German / Spanish.
•  Catering and service instructors.
•  A psychologist.
•  A beautician.

Tool means :•  7 spacious classrooms.
•  1 language laboratory.
•  1 Make up (practice).
•  1 simulator for the drill (evacuation / fire fighting).
•  Audio-visual aids, video, projector…
•  Equipments (life jacket, slides, rafts, extinguishers, catering equipments…)

Other information :

• Training course duration : 6 or 9 months.
• Days of the formation from Monday to Friday.
• Time table : 8h.30 till 13h.45.

Training course cost :

• Enrolment fee   : 300d.
• School fee        : 2900 (6 months) ; 3200 (9 months)

A medical examination is compulsory in the beginning of the formation.
